Wanrong applies a tiered QC process across manufacturing: FEA validation and HAZOP integration in design; MTR traceability and mechanical testing for incoming materials; ASME-compliant welding checks and laser scanning (≤±0.5mm/m) during fabrication; 1.5x MAWP hydro tests and helium leak detection in final testing. It also uses advanced NDT (Phased Array UT, TOFD) and continuous improvement measures (SPC, 8D NCR), ensuring each product passes 217+ checkpoints.
